New Clients

We approach each new client relationship with intention, discretion, and a commitment to long-term stewardship.

Our onboarding process begins with a brief Intake Form, allowing us to gain an initial understanding of your circumstances. We carefully review this information to ensure alignment before extending an invitation to an initial consultation, where we discuss your needs and objectives in greater depth.

For those we are privileged to serve, the next step is completion of our Confidential Client Questionnaire. This enables us to develop a tailored Client Profile—a comprehensive reference designed to guide our actions should we be called upon to serve in a fiduciary capacity.

Our practice is focused on serving clients with estates in excess of $2 million (excluding real estate), allowing us to dedicate the appropriate level of attention and resources to each engagement.

As part of our Succession Plan, and to ensure continuity and the highest standard of care, we request authorization to appoint a qualified successor fiduciary, typically another licensed professional within our trusted network, in the event we are unable to serve. We also ask to review draft estate planning documents prior to finalization, allowing us to confirm that fiduciary provisions are properly structured. Once finalized, we request a complete copy for secure retention in our files.

At present, we are selectively limiting new client engagements due to the demands of the current tax season and our commitment to existing clients. We anticipate reopening broader availability toward the end of Summer 2026. While we welcome inquiries, we ask that prospective clients be prepared for a measured and deliberate intake timeline.

For matters requiring immediate fiduciary appointment, including Successor Trustee or Power of Attorney services, we invite you to contact our office directly for priority consideration.
